Hollywood Pantages Theatre - CA

Absolutely amazing. A real treasure. I've had the pleasure of attending several times. And it never disappoints. It's one of the most beautiful theaters I've ever seen. The renovation they did years back brought it back to life in a spectacular way. It takes architecture to a whole new level.

Only good words for this place! The amount of Broadway shows on tour that they host every year is amazing, if I had the money I would come every week. The interior is spectacular and views are good from any seat! The only issue: During the intermission, the line for the restroom is comically long (specially when show is sold out) and you’ll probably won’t be able to go if you don’t run immediately after the intermission starts.

Seen moulin rouge tonight! I glanced at a few very mixed reviews and resisted the temptation, tickets were already bought. The show was great, the sets and performances, beautiful, and the crowd! Wow! The crowd was seriously the best Broadway crowd I’ve ever been a part of, everyone loved it! And the theater…this beautiful theater… breathtaking!!!

What an incredible night at the Pantages! “Some Like It Hot” was absolutely amazing the performances were outstanding, the choreography was spectacular, and the entire production had me laughing and captivated from start to finish. The Pantages Theater itself is a stunning venue that perfectly complements such a high-quality show. The acoustics were excellent, the sightlines were great, and the historic charm of this Hollywood landmark really adds to the magic of the theater experience. The cast brought such energy and talent to every scene. This musical adaptation is brilliantly done and the Pantages production quality is top-notch. If you get the chance to see “Some Like It Hot” here, don’t miss it! Highly recommend both the show and this iconic theater. Already looking forward to my next visit to the Pantages!

Magical historic theater in Hollywood. One of the last theaters of its style that still holds Broadway level performances. The ambiance outweighs the modern theater experience however as time passes the seats and restroom are lacking. A face-lift to introduce more comfortable and potentially tiered seats would be a game changer.
