Gorgeous vintage theater with great acoustics and clear sight lines to the stage from any seat. I've experienced concerts and Broadway musicals with equal enjoyment. The seats are old-fashioned, so they are not built for the comfort of bigger, taller people like me. It is definitely one of the best destinations in Indianapolis. One of my favorite places to take in a show.
Thank you Live Nation for a great show. Yes is one of the best bands to play downtown and cheers to them! Steve Howe was at his best.
Went here for the silversunpickups concert, AND LORD IT WAS AMAZING!!!! we got the vip club package the same day. It was amazing. The bathrooms were so clean, and they had free pads and tampons for women, the expensive napkins that actually work?!?! The bar is so nice and everyone is so nice and helpful. It wasn't super hot in the never itself and surprisingly didn't feel too packed or crowded. 10/10 experience, definitely coming back if another band i like plays here!
I cant give Murat anything less than 4, and that's only because the table server put my husband on a table whe requested not to, and didn't bring my condiments as I requested. The inside could use a make over in some areas, mostly noted the ceiling tiles. To look up and view those absolutely gorgeous painted gasses domestic, to see missing tiles, or tiles being held up by tape. I love the Murat, it's history in its own, I'd love too see it stay for years to come. We saw The Revivalists Oct 2nd. Great show/concert, wonderful atmosphere, except for the 2 ladies sitting at the table in the riser with us. I swear they never stopped talking! All in all, great evening, with great entertainment with my amazing husband.
Fun venue! Had a blast! The general admission "seat" is just a flat, large dancefloor with no seating, so if you're short, it can be tough to see if not situated well. Speakers did have some issues with audio clipping. Not ideal, but shoot, I cut a rug regardless. Drinks are pricey but to be expected these days. Overall, would go again!
